Yes this is an RTX Reshade, it looks amazing yes, but there are some small problems, it won't affect gameplay or anything else though.

Provided pictures and videos is how the version 1.0 looks like, I will provide pictures and videos for new versions later.
There is a big difference between V1.0,V1.1 than the version V1.2, for more details check the file section to see what is the difference between versions.
Do NOT use Fluffy MOD manager/Vortex MOD manager (it won't work)
This Reshade could be used in other video games too. Take a look at the (Read me please) text document to see which games I have tried that worked with no problems and the video games that did not work with the Reshade.
Installation instructions will be found in the (Read me please) text document.

What is Reshade?
ReShade is a generic post-processing injector for games and video software developed by crosire. Imagine your favorite game with ambient occlusion, real depth of field effects, color correction and more ... ReShade exposes an automated and generic way to access both frame color and depth information (latter is automatically disabled during multiplayer to prevent exploitation) and all the tools to make it happen.
