Created plugin
This extension will allow the installation of mods formatted as .pak files. Thankfully, that includes the majority of Dragon Quest mods. Modded .ini files and movie files will have to be manually installed.
Only Steam is currently tested and working. EGS may or may not work. MS store/Gamepass are unsupported. If someone wants to add support for those, feel free and I'll update the extension with credit to you.
