Fix for some area of effect spells not having the "Area effect ignores LOS" option checked making them not affect all characters in range if the target was not directly in front of the player.
Since the spells will stop being affected by line of sight, the effects of the spells will hit all targets in range even if they are standing behind walls.
The non damage version only affects the non damage spells and scrolls, but it kept the change to the Fire/Frost/Shock Rune Scrolls since their equivalent spells also had it.
