Preface

I absolutely adore the mods Mysticism, Adamant, and Enhanced Atronachs (shoutout to SimonMagus and Raxyx7), but Enhanced Atronachs and the other two do NOT work well together and really needed some patching up to reap the benefits of all three mods combined. Here is a summary of how I chose to fix it.


1) First off, Enhanced Atronachs utilized the elemental potency perk for its stronger summons. However, Adamant removes potent summons, which forced you to use the regular atronach and monarch spells, never being able to access Enhanced Atronachs' stronger summons. Thus, I knew I had to reimplement potent summons somehow back into adamant. The perk Daedric Pact in Adamant now allows you to summon potent atronachs, but they do not receive the 100 point buff in health, magicka, and stamina since they already received strong buffs from Enhanced Atronachs. Daedric Pact now reads "Summoned atronachs become potent while summoned creatures have 100 extra Health, Magicka, and Stamina." Moreover, I made a tiny addition in the description of the summon perks in Adamant - it now states Summoned atronachs and creatures to emphasize the differences between the two.

2) Secondly, Enhanced Atronachs had its own Storm Thrall spell overwriting Mysticism's Storm Monarch spell, if you had Enhanced Atronachs loaded after Mysticism...which you should. This patch fixes it so that Mysticism is able to use its Storm Monarch spell while still being able to use Enhanced Atronachs' summons. All of Mysticism's spells remain the same in terms of magicka cost, one-handed master summons, and casting duration while utilizing the new stats and powers added to atronachs from Enhanced Atronachs. In addition, I have kept Mysticism's naming system for the master atronach spells, thus they will be read as Monarch in game.

There's also a really tiny SPID ini in the optional files if you want to distribute the Daedric Pact perk to npcs and creatures so that they can cast potent atronachs as well, if their skill level in Conjuration is 70 or higher. However, I do recommend getting Adamant Perks For NPCs as it covers all of the perks in Adamant. ALSO IF YOU'RE ON A VERSION BELOW 1.6.1130, INSTALL THIS MOD Backported Extended ESL Support - IT WILL LOAD THIS MOD AND EVERY OTHER ESL MOD PROPERLY.

Load Order should be:

Mysticism
Adamant
Enhanced Atronachs
This Patch

I've also included a patch just for Mysticism and Enhanced Atronachs if you don't use Adamant. That's pretty much it for this patch. I am a noob at modding so if I make mistakes, please let me know! Also, make sure to endorse Mysticism, Adamant, and Enhanced Atronachs because they are absolutely amazing mods from talented authors!
