USSEP added an Ebony Mine east of Shor's Stone in Version 4.3.0. Unfortunately, while digging out the mine Robber's Refuge from Interesting NPC's (3DNPC) got buried in a landslide. The idea of this patch is to dig it back out.
If you added a mod that removes Bitterblade Hollow this patch is most likely not needed.
I did not touch any of the Navmesh (because Navmesh is worse than hell), so Followers without an auto-catchup function will continue to not follow you into Bitterblade Hollow.
