About this mod
For TK Dodge RE make sure to have classic sprinting redone and switch EnableSprintKeyDodge to true and leave DodgeHotkey blank so you can use LB as Dodge.

Custom Buttons:
Ready Weapon - LB + X
Shout - LB + Y
Favorites - LB + A
Hot Key 1 - Dpad Up
Hot Key 2 - Dpad Down
Hot Key 3 - Dpad Left
Hot Key 4 - Dpad Right
(For some reason I can't get this to work properly but at least the up key is unbound for Favorites so we can use 4 Hot Keys for Spell Hotkeys)
Wait - LB + Start
To open Wheeler, change the open key from L2 to Back In Dmenu
On OCPA Set the Power Key to L2 and the Modifier to RB
Optionals:
BTPS - I use RB in place of Shift and the Up and Down Dpad buttons in place of scrolling
Dynamic Activation Key - I use RB for the modifier
