A small patch to make rxkx22's Bijin mods work properly with Marco's Leveled Lists

A small fix to make rxkx22's Bijin series of mods work with Marco's Integrated Leveled Lists.
It does require both Bijin Wives and Bijin Warmaidens.
I also noticed when making this patch that both those mods undid some fixes to those characters from the Unofficial Patch, which is required for Marco's Integrated Leveled Lists, so I made sure to include those fixes as well.
I would have also included fixes for Bijin Wives, but for some reason SSEEdit wouldn't let me add them to the patch. If I can figure out how to do that I'll update this mod to include that as well.
