SkjoldBjorn updated the main mod to include script injected Leveled Lists instead of ESP edits.
I'm removing the quest and script that does the Leveled List, container and cell edits that so people can easily change them via the Skypatcher files I provide.
Skypatcher can't place items in cells like SkjoldBjorn did with the Torchlight Tomes via script, so I placed Torchlight Tomes and Rings in Lucan and Farengar's inventories.
I updated the Skypatcher leveled list entries to match the SkjoldBjorn's mod.

Changed the scripted toggle to a perk based toggle, still works like it did with the script.
Added Perk for longer duration on the Torchlight based on your skill level in Alteration. 2x from level 25, 3x from level 50, 4x from level 75 and 5x at level 100.
Added Scrolls that can now be found around the world, both for Mageflame and Torchlight. (added via Skypatcher to alteration leveled lists)

Added a new ring enchantment for Torchlight, thats right, if you find "The Ring of Everburning Torchlight" you will have a permanent lightsource as long as the ring is equipped, this is not something that you should find on lower levels. Unless you cheat that is. ;)
Added the "SummonFireSpell" keyword to Torchlight, people should comment things like "Be care ful with that!" .Remember that you are running around with a burning ball of fire over your head.

SkjoldBjorn made an amazing mod called Torchlight. They were kind enough to give permission to modify it. It's by far the best candlelight substitute that I have used. It also has cell edits, leveled list edits and merchant container edits and is a full .esp (since this original post SkjoldBjorn has added an ESL version).
I made some changes. Skypatcher now handles the Leveled List and Container edits. The cell edit has been removed (sorry all you thieves, I did however add one to Lucan's inventory so it can be pickpocketed). I compacted form IDs and set the ESL flag so now it doesn't take a spot in your order. (The main mod is now an ESPFE as well).
Mod now includes a flame alternative to Magelight, Mageflame Spell. Skypatched to appropriate Leveled Lists. Torchlight is now also toggleable.
There are also scolls for both spells, and a Staff for Mageflame, all Skypatched to the appropriate leveled lists.
From the original mod page (please note that there is no longer a spell tome sitting on the counter in Riverwood, but you can still buy it, or find it, or in Lucan Valerius' inventory, feel free to pickpocket one, threw in ring in his inventory as well...):
This is a simple novice spell that is identical to "Candlelight" in many ways, the only difference is that Torchlight is a flying fireball with a fiery colored light. I made this because I did not like the blue light from "Candlelight" as much, I started by just changing the color of the vertex colors and diffuse maps on the "Candlelight" spell, but decided it would be color to put a more fiery look on it, a few key points about this mod:
It is not a replacer of Candlelight, it adds a new spell
Adds a new similar alternative to Magelight.
The spell is added to the standard merchant potential inventory for novice spell tomes.
Lucan Valerius of the Riverwood Trader has this spell book added to his inventory for a guaranteed "drop", same cost as "Candlelight". There is also a book on his counter for the more unsavory type of characters to enjoy.(This will be removed in the next version for compatability reasons.)
The mod is a ESLified .esp, so it does not take up room in your regular load order.
You can toggle Torchlight on and off in version 1.2.
