About this mod

This mod allows you to craft enchantable Telvanni robes and shoes. In version 1.1 i have also added craftable unenchanted mage expert robes and fitting shoes (no clipping - black mage boots). The mod uses only vanilla assets and the USSEP.

With Dragonborn Bethesda added the Telvanni Robes, a real ray of hope in the aesthetically underperforming clothing department. Sadly they are hard to obtain and the enchantments could be better. The mod lets you can craft an unenchanted version of the Telvanni Robes and Shoes and enchant them any way you want within the vanilla enchanting system.

If you play a pure mage you can instead craft Telvanni Archmagister Robes, which are already enchanted with a custom enchantment slightly better than the Archmage Robes enchantment (we are House Telvanni after all). The mod only uses vanilla assets and does not change any vanilla items, perks or leveled lists. You also cannot disenchant the Archmagister Robes.

I know there are other mods that add Telvanni Robes in various ways, but they either change leveled lists, add custom meshes or are part of larger overhauls. This is my take for personal use.

Since sirwho created the incredible Wizards Hats mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2385) i added expert mage robes and fitting shoes in the newer versions of the mod. They also only use vanilla assets and will look like whatever texture mod you installed for the vanilla mage robes. Why expert robes? Because they are the best looking of the bunch (in my opinion). And they fit well with the wizard hats.

Lastly i made the mage gloves added by the unofficial patch craftable. They are imho the only gloves that do not clip with the vanilla mage robes. USSEP is therefore a mandatory requirement from version 1.1 onwards. No assets from USSEP are included in the mod.
