Makes the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch compatible with Requiem 1.7. Most patches for 1.7 are extremely outdated and need the now unavailable USKP to even work so this is part of an ongoing project to make this old version of Requiem easier to use in more modern settings.

Requirements
- Requiem 1.7, available in the old files section of the Requiem download page. The 1.7.3 update is unecessary. This version is pretty straightforward to convert: just re-save the plugin in the Creation Kit (CK Fixes is highly recommended) and run Cathedral Assets Optimizer on the meshes, textures and animations.
