NOTE: Mysticism 2 implements this feature already. If you use Mysticism, this mod is unnecessary.
Have you ever gone to one of the court wizards for spells early game and asked yourself: "Why don't these guys sell staves?"
Well, so did I, and a crow once told me to be the change, so here we go. Court wizards now sell staves, as they always should have, Todd.
College wizards now sell staves for their school of magic, and just their school of magic. Vanilla has them selling staves for any school and I thought that was dumb so I fixed that and made them function similarly to court wizards.
There's also an optional file that makes Enthir sell Heart Stones, because staff enchanting is cool and I haven't gone to Solstheim in 4 years now. Plenty of mods add staff enchanters to Skyrim, but they suck because you still have to go to Solstheim anyway to get the thing needed to enchant staves in the first place. Enthir already has a reputation of stocking hard to find items, so he was the best candidate for a source of Heart Stones in Skyrim.
