Description
I consider this a part of my "diversifying Skyrim" set of mods that I've developed and am currently developing. I was tired of all the NPCs looking the same old boring way. First I made my Unique Bodies by Race to make the races look different by having each race use different meshes and textures. Then, I made my Pregnant NPCs mod to introduce pregnant NPCs into the game. Now, I introduce Hefty People.
This mod changes some vanilla NPCs to have a heftier look in an immersive way. All NPCs used to share the same average-sized looking meshes, no matter what. I wanted there to be certain NPCs that had more of them to love compared to other NPCs. Not to mention, historically, it used to stand as a sign of status to be heavier compared to the general populace. I changed some noble/rich NPCs, some merchant NPCs, come chef NPCs, and come tavern-keeper NPCs, as well as some other NPCs that would have made sense to be heavier.
I made the meshes in Bodyslide using both CBBE and HIMBO sliders. I built the meshes to include variability between the low and high weights as well. Since the female meshes were built in Bodyslide with the CBBE body as a base, it requires that mod and any compatible textures with this body. If you do not have it and download this mod, the textures will not matchup right and look off. HIMBO, however, is NOT required, as it is vanilla friendly with its nevernude body option.
I carried over fixes from USSEP and from this process, it is a requirement for this mod.

Installation/Uninstallation
Just install/uninstall with your favorite mod manager. Or extract the file into your Data folder.
Compatibility
This mod should be compatible with everything except mods that change the NPCs in the list given above. There are some patches for Bijin AIO, Kalilies NPCs, Pandorables NPCs, Pandorables NPCs-Dragonborn, Comprehensive Sleeves, Consistent Older People, Dark Brotherhood for Good Guys, Immersive Faction Outfits, Males of Skyrim, Missives-Solstheim, Revenge of the Enemies 2016, and my Unique Bodies by Race mod in the Optional section.
