This mod turns Mixwater mill into a hamlet with a Thane.
Gilfre is still the only one operating the Mill, there is a bed in the barn to sleep in as well as the abandoned worker's house. Just a simple vanilla plus settlement mod to make Eastmarch feel more alive no grand quest or anything here.
