This is an early version. I might have missed some things, since this is my first mod.
Please let me now anything I overlooked as well as bugs that can be fixed by editing records.
I might have forgotten to list some notable changes, let me know if I should add something to this description.
I am also not a native speaker, so if something is unclear, just let me know.

This mod is built on the changes made by the Unofficial Patch and carries its bugfixes forward.
The changes this mod makes are primarily based on the patterns within the vanilla game.

These are the changes, listed in the order they appear in xEdit:
Note: The changes to orcish, dwarven and elven weapons are so that they are in line with armors and lore.

Ammunition:
Orcish arrows have elven stats, dwarven arrows have orcish stats, and elven arrows have dwarven stats.
Daedric arrows have been nerfed from 24 to 22. Dragonbone arrows have been nerfed from 25 to 24.
Bound arrows have been nerfed to 22, since they are based on daedric arrows.
Bloodcursed and sunhallowed elven arrows have been nerfed to 14, to match elven arrows.
Exploding bolts have been renamed to improve inventory management. ("Exploding [...]" has been removed)
Nordic arrows have been buffed to match orcish arrows, to match the rest of nordic equipment.

Armor:
Dragonscale shield has been buffed from 29 to 33.
Dragonplate and daedric armor had their values swapped.
Stormcloak cuirass and shield have been buffed to be the same as guard cuirass and shield.
Ancient Shrouded Armor: Boots and gloves each had 2 armor rating removed. Chest had 2 armor added.
Amulet of Articulation no longer has armor rating and it's description has been improved.
Diadem of the Savant no longer has armor rating. Locket of Saint Jiub no longer has armor rating.
Dawnguard Helmet and Full Helmet had their descriptions restored and can no longer be enchanted.
Ancient Falmer set had it's keywords changed to Elven Gilded to reflect it's high armor rating.
Dawnguard Shield had it's description restored and can no longer be enchanted.
Dawnguard Rune Shield is now a heavy shield, like the regular Dawnguard Shield
Stalhrim Heavy Armor has been nerfed to be as strong as ebony armor but lighter, to match the weapons.
0.5 armor has been redistributed from Stalhrim Shield to Stalhrim Light Armor (Chest).

Constructible Object:
Gilded Elven Cuirass now requires Advanced Armors.
Steel Plate and Nordic now require orcish smithing instead of advanced armors.
Chitin Heavy Armor now requires orcish smithing instead of elven smithing.
Stalhrim Light Armor now requires glass smithing instead of ebony smithing.
Stalhrim weapons can be crafted and improved with either the glass or ebony perk.

Leveled Lists:
Leveled Lists have been tweaked to facilitate the changes to weapon progression.
Draugr exclusively use Ancient Nord weapons. Bandits only use equipment up to orcish.
Glass and ebony weapons are more rare, mostly found in boss chests and available from blacksmiths.
The levels at which stronger restore Health/Stamina/Magicka potions appear have been adjusted.
Animals no longer drop treasures, and drop their ingredients more consistently.
Dragons no longer drop weapons and armor. They exclusively drop gold, gems, bones and scales.
Unique items have been deleveled, such that you always find the strongest version.
Dwarven equipment is much more common to dwemer ruins. As is orcish equipment to stronholds.
Added many missing items to the leveled lists, such as glass weapons with magicka drain enchantments.
Slightly adjusted equipment of battlemages, spellswords, and thiefs to no longer include elven and dwarven.
Keepers from the soul cairn don't drop their dragonbone weapons anymore. (Vanilla: after level 45)

Weapons:
Twohanded iron weapons had their base damage increased by 1, to be in line with onehanded iron weapons.
Orcish weapons have elven stats, dwarven weapons orcish stats, and elven weapons dwarven stats.
Glass Greatsword had it's weight fixed. Twohanded daedric weapons had their damage nerfed by 1.
Turn Undead weapons have been renamed to be consistent with other enchanted weapons.
The Rueful Axe had it's stagger and speed increased to a normal battleaxe. (debatable lore-wise, I know)
A few staffs have been renamed for better consistency (includes a bugfix).
Volendrung had it's weight increased and stagger buffed to be in line with the lore.
Changes to the Ebony Blade by the Unofficial Patch have been carried forward and it's stagger was buffed.
Silver Sword and GS had their descriptions restored. Silver Sword bonus damage has been reduced to 10.
Zephyr is now an elven bow to be in line with the changes to weapon progression.
Dawnguard weapons had their descriptions restored and bonus damage buffed from 5 to 10 for the war axe and 20 for the warhammer, to be on par with the silver weapons.
Enhanced Crossbows had their descriptions restored and can no longer be enchanted.
Dragonbone weapons have been adjusted in damage and weight to match the vanilla pattern.
Stalhrim weapons have been adjusted in damage to match the vanilla pattern.

Miscellaneous changes:
Most items now benefit from a smithing perk, such that you no longer need alchemy for "(legendary)".
Bleed damage from Hack and Slash, and Limbsplitter has been streamlined and no longer stacks.
The descriptions of many items have been adjusted to be more consistent with each other.
The torturer from Helgen and radiant thieves no longer wear a renamed Thieves Guild Hood.
The mage prisoner in Helgen now wears college boots. The noise from critical hits has been removed.
(If you'd like to restore it, open the .esp in xEdit and remove the "Sound Descriptor" section. I can also make a patch if you really want me to ^^)

Compatibility:
Compatible with anything as long as you let this mod be overwritten.
This mod does not add any custom assets or scripts so it does not break anything. (!)
Patches can be made very easily and I'd be glad to make some for more popular mods.

Special Thanks to kryptopyr and deletepch. This mod is heavily inspired by WACCF and OWL.
