The CC creation Dawnfang & Duskfang places a note and dagger on the entrance to the ratway, that starts the quest "A Soul Divided"
This patch Moves/adds those objects from the Riften worldspace to the Open Cities Riften
Without this patch to start the quest from the note, one would have to go into the Riften worldspace via the rock next to the northern entrance of Riften then walk over to the ratway entrance to begin the quest.
I looked around on the nexus and other sites but didn't see a patch already made so went into the CC and made one myself. Enjoy!!!

A New Save Required for Quest Start from new note.
Collecting the old note from the Riften Worldspace should allow you to start the quest naturally tho on existing saves.
Should be safe to add to your List.
ESL plugin so wont take up a spot in your LO


Potential Incompatibility - Have not tested how this works with Unofficial Skyrim Creation Club Content Patches saw some potential conflicts in SSEedit, if it causes any issue may release an addition version that forwards the changes from USCCCP as well

May be problems with the ghost girl scene, will investigate and add a USCCCP patch, i think i can fix it by merging the Quest changes in SSEedit, will check it out myself. Its no big deal as u can progress the quest by entering the Guardian chamber, just the ghost girl scene didn't end for me. Secondary Main file available for those who use USCCCP.

Compatibility with CC Misc Patches?
This seems to be mainly a WACCP patch, should be fine.

Removal of Riften Worldspace note and dagger?
It has been moved to an unreachable location.
