So in a playthrough I started out as a mage from Winterhold and later on when I was in Windhelm I ran into the Blood on Ice quest. And in the quest, the court wizard claims that the College of Winterhold hasn't allowed necromancy in hundreds of years, which is just plain false. So I modified that part of the dialogue to correct that while keeping the response still making sense to the quest and character.

This should be compatible with literally everything and anything it is incompatible with will just either overwrite those specific lines or be overwritten by them. This is an ESL-flagged ESP so should not take up space in your modlist. I used the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch version of the quest as my base, which slightly modifies this quest, but I don't think it's a hard requirement.

(By the way, it is only the text that is changed; the voice lines are the same, I do not personally have the skill to deal with those unfortunately.)
