Makes the restore potions in Apothecary restore over 1 second, instead of 10 seconds.

The changes in Apothecary - An Alchemy Overhaul are great, however I thought the 10 seconds it took to restore health felt too slow, and the vanilla instant potions felt too cheat-y. So I thought 1 second was a good middle ground.
Description:
Must have Apothecary - An Alchemy Overhaul.
All Restore Health, Restore Stamina, and Restore Magicka potions restore health over 1 second, instead of 10 seconds like in Apothecary.
These potions include:
- Potions in shops and as loot
- Crafted potions
- Unique potions, such as Potion of Escape from Thieves guild cache and Potions of Well Being from Dragonborn DLC.
- Modded potions supported by Apothecary (Bruma, Wyrmstooth, Rare Curios, etc)
Installation:
Use your preferred mod manager.
Load after Apothecary.
All files here are flagged as ESL so they won't take up plugin space.
Patches:
Like Apothecary, patches are provided for
- Fishing CC
- Rare Curios CC
- Saints and Seducers CC
- Wyrmstooth
- Beyond Skyrim: Bruma
Details:
Amount restored:
The amount restored is equal to Vanilla's amount, spread out over 1 second.
- (In apothecary, the amount restored was around 2x vanilla's amount spread out over 10 seconds.)
Misc:
The potions still won't heal you while you're in the menu, but they restore fast enough to remain useful in a pinch. They also still benefit from potion duration increase, such as the Concentration perk in Adamant.
- Although having +50% potion duration won't make the potion description say 1.5 seconds, it will still actually restore 50% more.
Description for the restore effect has been slightly altered ("seconds(s)" instead of "seconds").
