About:
The MPCCP V2 patch ( Mod Pack Collections Compatability Patch ) supports The People Of Skyrim Complete Mod Pack Collections and can be used as a standalone too which supports the required mods and the required CC Content listed for this patch. See the AiO patch mod list section below. In regards to Lux Via, you do not need to install any lamppost/lighting reductions from the Lux Via installer for this patch.

Do me and yourself a favour please, take your time, read the content and follow the links for other available patches OK. The development of this series of patches has grown over the last year, or thereabouts, and has taken a big commitment from me to get to where we are now for you the users.

I know people will ask why not single patches so we can choose.
Well, the answer is simple, there are many single patches which can be used see the below links, however, the advantages of an AiO patch for a certain collection of mods are preferable for better stability, performance and easier long-term maintenance ( mod updates ).
We are not dealing with a few exterior/interior cells here or a small cross-over of world edits, we are patching for a mass of world edit cross-overs between many files, and managing more than one mod that clashes with one another.

So why has this patch been made?
TPOSC was and still is by its build a no-compromise mod; however, due to mod packs, people requests, and my enjoyment of the Lux series I have gone out of my way to produce a collection of patches, a mod pack, and an ENB preset for TPOSC users that lack know-how or time so they can use The People Of Skyrim Complete with those mods I have been asked to patch for.

Testing/Support: 
To date, there have been over 200 streamed hours on my YouTube Channel with no major issues, CTD or other after the 60 hr mark once the AiO patch had been refined. This does not include all the local testing of the mod pack and patches over the last eight months on top of all the YouTube Streams.
The AiO patch has performed consistently well with Skyrim quests and author mods like Falskaar, the Lux series, JK's interiors and so on, and has been repeatedly tested, and will continue to be tested/played over the coming months. 

Performance/System Specs:
GPU: Nivida 3060 - 32 GB Memory - CPU: Ryzen 5 5600 - 6 core - HardDrive: Samsung 980 PRO NVMe M.2 Internal Solid State Drive.

The following report is for my full TPOSC mod pack collection and load order, this patch is the anchoring patch that holds everything together.
To date local play sees frame rates steady around 55 - 60 fps with only a couple of locations as an exception, the small drops of fps do not hold but rather fluctuate by a further 5 frames in moments. This is with an ENB preset Setting Sons and a full load order of 4K textures.
If I deploy Ambient Occlusion in my ENB set-up for a local play I will see in some cells a further drop of five to eight frames depending on location. The Rift is an obvious area of loss of some frames due to the ENB and Mathy's 3D Trees; so frames at times will run to 49 - 52 fps at their lowest point in my experience.
In regards to streams on YouTube, I do see a greater impact at times on FPS, however, this is understandable, but still in hundreds of hrs of streaming we have not witnessed any CTDs or in fact any anomalies beyond the joy of Skyrim itself! Finally for vanilla testing and standard lighting fps hold steady at 60 fps with my hardware.

The YouTube streams are ongoing as part of a support structure and testing centre for TPOSC and the ENB preset Setting Sons, as well as all the patches deployed by myself for the TPOSC series and this AiO anchoring patch for the mods below.

There are other single patches for other mods for the TPOSC mod which you can use from the first and optional other AiO version which is lighter in number. Do not use the AiO from the first version just use the other optional files available like Dungeons Revisted for example. You do not need the Falskaar navmesh patch from the first AiO version as it is included in this mods download package.

Load Order:
Below is the Load Order for the coming People Of Skyrim Complete Collections mod pack. The structure will help you navigate any Load Order you construct outside of the coming TPOSC mod pack.
You must keep tposc_lux_luxvia_luxorbis_altstart_falskaar_Patch.esp at the very bottom of your load order it is the anchoring patch which holds everything together. Only place the mods you see after it. RW 2 or WATER and Dyndolod.
If you use this patch as a standalone outside of the coming mod pack install this patch after the lux series of mods as it comes with two other supporting files in the main download file. One, the Lux patch is updated for TPOSC which the Lux installer will install when it sees TPOSC is part of your set-up and second, there is a Falskaar Navmesh Fix Patch in the main download. Overwrite the original Lux patch from the Lux installer for TPOSC inns when asked, OK.
