Patch to make Skills of the Wild and CACO work in Skyrim VR

Changes the cooking scripts in Skills of the Wild to award XP in CACO and work in Skyrim VR. Uses technique from another patch that adds a flag to cooking structures. See Required Files for details.
Creates its own leveling curve for CACO's cooking skill, since I can't see it without access to their source code. Should be a bit slow in comparison to Skills of the Wild's cooking, but still reasonably fast. Skills of the Wild exposes its leveling curve in its scripts so I was able to preserve that.
Respects CACO's cooking XP multiplier and "show XP messages" in the CACO MCM. The XP messages may be a tad verbose - you're getting XP added to two separate systems.
Wild Concoctions is strongly recommended but not required. Load my mod last. Suggested order:

iHUD (can be lower)

Various CACO patches should be able to go mostly anywhere. Only important thing is that my mod is after anything that modifies the "Skills of the Wild" cooking script.
Should be performance-friendly 99.9% of the time; lag might occur when withdrawing very large quantities of food (and specifically food, I was a good boy and set up a filter) from a container at once. Didn't crash when I selected CACO's "add one of every food" button, though, so that's a good sign. Might fix it later.
Known issue - If you interact with a cooking station, then exit and immediately enter another crafting station, you may see some funny behavior (double craft triggers from Frugal Gourmet being the main one). Waiting for one second while not in a crafting station should clear it up. This is only likely to be noticeable if you're jumping back and forth between a cooking pot and a campfire.
Might make a CACO-only version if people want it.
This is my first mod. I used XEdit and Sublime. Never used the CK.
