About this mod

This mod comes with a quest unlocked after becoming Thane of Falkreath. In which you capture a ruin and are tasked with the Jarl to rebuild it. afterwards you shall have a Playerhome, 700 gold every 3 days in Taxes, stores to shop at, Guards who will follow you. And a fine Town to call your own.

This mod comes with a quest unlocked after becoming Thane of Falkreath. In which you capture a ruin and are tasked with the Jarl to rebuild it. afterwards you shall have a Playerhome, 700 gold every 3 days in Taxes, stores to shop at, Guards who will follow you. And a fine Town to call your own. 


REQUIRES THANEDOM ASSETS AND ANY VERSION OF USSEP ALSO REQUIRES HEARTHFIRE MULTIPLE ADOPTIONS IF YOU WANT TO ADOPT OR SEND YOUR SPOUSE THERE

the Town is at first a ruin and you'll be given a decree from Courier after becoming Thane sending you to the location, said area will have about a Dozen Bandits to contend with so be prepared. 

After finishing the quest you return and will find your Steward who will assist and manage most the building, don't worry you wont be spending hours at Crafting Tables merely bring him the money and he will get it built for you.

TO COLLECT TAXES BUILD THE PLAYER HOME, The CHEST WHERE TAXES ARE COLLECTED IS NEXT TO THE STEWARD ON HIS DESK FURTHER UPGRADES WILL PAY THERE

the Town's Upgrades are as Follows

A Playerhome called Dumbarhold Manor, where your steward will Live and with hearthfire multiple adoptions you can send your kids and spouse there. The Steward also will perform Bard songs on request. and you unlock the option to have Enchanting and Alchemy Tables built, additionally to buy a Horse in the Stables. 

A barracks which gives you another Guard to serve you.

A Farm house It will pay tax to you, and comes with a Farmer couple and their kid

A Second Farm house  It will also pay tax to you, and comes with a Farmer couple and their kid and an extended patch of farmland

A General Store Comes with a General Merchant and a new place for the Smith to ply his trade properly. This place also pays taxes.

An Inn  a good place to drink, and collect Taxes from, several of your townsfolk will come here in the evening.

A Wooden Wall a basic defensive structure and cleans up the Rubble.

A Stone wall,  coming with stone gates, and a fortified little bridge into the castle. along with a watch tower and your third and final Guard 

All the guards (3) will protect the town and follow you as generic followers.
