Be the writer of your own story. Literally!
This mod adds four items:
This mod requires Extra Crafting Materials because it uses resources added by that mod, such as paper.
To write a book:
The book's title and description can be set in the config at any time, and also changed at any time. Enter whatever you want! I don't know what the character limit is, let me know if you find it lol
You can also select a book cover. There's a picture with available covers in the Images tab; I'll be adding more as I come up with them. Feel free to suggest any you'd like, and I'll see what I can do with my limited art abilities.
The first time you make a book, it'll tell you Gunther can tell you more about it. That's because it can be donated to the museum! Haven't figured out how to remove that message yet unfortunately, but once you've donated a copy you should be able to see your title and description.
The book can be sold for a price you set in the config ('BookPrice' option). It doesn't bestow any powers, but it is a universally loved gift! Also, the manuscript is a loved gift for Penny and Elliott.
Once you've written a book, comment about it! I love hearing about people's book ideas :D

To write a book:
- View Elliott's 8 Heart event. The next day, you'll be hit by a burst of inspiration when leaving the farmhouse. The day after that, you'll have the crafting recipes for the Writing Desk and the Bookbinding Machine in your crafting menu.
- Place some Paper, 1 String, and 1 Coffee into the Writing Desk. The default amount of Paper needed is 400, but you can change this to whatever value you want in the config ('BookLength' option)
- The default amount of time the Writing Desk takes is 2 weeks, but you can change this in the config ('WritingTime' option; the time is in minutes, 1 in-game day is 1080 minutes)
- Once finished, you will have a Manuscript.
- Place 1 Manuscript, 1 Leather, and 1 Glue into the Bookbinding Machine.
- 5 days later, you'll have a Book!
