This mod aim to add captured spaceship into your fleet without the need to make it your home ship.

This mod basically does the same work than Sit To Add Ship to Fleet but differs on some points.

Features:
  • Allow you to add any authorized ships into your fleet without making it your home ship.
  • Allow you to add class B and C ships without the appropriate skill so you'll be able to sell it or keep it for future.
  • It won't allow you adding a ship in your fleet if the base game rules don't allow it, ex: if you are in battle, if it's a protected ship, etc...
  • By default, this mod need to sit in the pilot seat for adding it into your fleet. An option to stay up is included into your game options. See the screenshot for details.

Gameplay option Stay Up:
When enabled, this feature allow you to add a ship without sitting on the pilot seat. Many validations are bypassed if you compare with my default mod, so you'll be able to add mostly any ships into your fleet, but some exceptions, ex: you'll won't be able to add the Frontier while you start a new game because obviously, it's included in the main quest.

Why did I create a new mod?
  • First wSkeever stopped the support for his mod
  • Second, I was annoyed with the messagebox each time I sat on a ship wich is not in my fleet
  • Third, I wanted an equivalent made with Creation Kit
  • And the last one, a friend of mine wanted this feature on Xbox so I did it for him, but I give all the credits to wSeeker

As you can see, this mod was inspired (but differs on some points) by Sit To Add Ship to Fleet, but was entirely made from scratch, nothing from the other mod was used in this mod.

Conflict:
  • This mod shouldn't conflict with any other mod, it is 100% scripted and don't use any assets used by other mods.

Uninstall:
  • This mod should be safe to remove on existing game, but it's not recommended, do it at your own risk.

  • Modding is a hobby for me, so I work on my mod mainly in weekends.
