Alters the DH default Custom profile to change some environmental effects.

Changes the default Custom profile from Deadly Hazards (Deadly Hazards at Starfield Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)) to have the same base stats as the Kinda Deadly preset and further changes certain air related environmental effects to not degrade suit protection or hurt you if you're in your full suit (since air cant get into a sealed suit) and certain moisture related effects to not degrade suit protection or hurt if you're in your suit, since they are water proof.
I left intact the various Corrosive effects since those could damage the suit to the point that you take damage.

Poor Air Quality
Freezing Rain
Scalding Rain
Snow
Freezing Vapor
Scalding Vapor
To install:
Install via Vortex or put the DH_Settings_Preset_D.pex into the Data\Scripts\deadlyhazards folder.
To activate, open the in-game DH settings utility and select Custom preset.
