Allows normal vendor functions with instant refresh.

Requires new version (1.3) of CCR
Interacting with vendor behaves normally, vendor items (and buyback) don't disappear while in vendor menu like with other vendor refresh mods or tweaks. This uses new functions in CCR 1.3 to refresh the vendor the moment you leave the vendor menu.
To trigger vendor refresh simply leave vendor menu, then reopen it, you don't need leave the NPC dialog options.
Should work with other vendor type mods.
Does not use unsupported esp files or edit any files, simply toggles a console code automatically at the right time to refresh vendors.
Compatible with my other mod - Instant 72 hour Sleep-Wait - CCR
Console commands and most mods turn off achievements, use Baka Achievement Enabler to enable them again.
