Adds the eyepatch to Newill's shop in neon (across the street from the one guy in the galaxy that wears one). This eyepatch can be worn under helmets (unlike the 'unplayable' version in the game).

Adds the eyepatch to Newill's shop in neon (across the street from the one guy in the galaxy that wears one). This eyepatch always shows, even when wearing a helmet in space/atmosphere-less planets

known issues:
technically the eyepatch is a helmet, and will prevent you from dying in the vacuum of atmosphere-less planets without a proper helmet.
wearing the eyepatch in a atmosphere-less environment AND wearing a hat (apparel) instead of a proper helmet can cause hair clipping.

Notes:
This mod creates a new item with a combination of keywords and biped slots to make it stay visible when wearing a helmet.
The same thing could be done to make neruo-amps show with helmets, but it would require edits/overwrites of many of base-game records, and that has the potential to cause issues elsewhere, the eyepatch of this mod is a new item with its own form ID.
The mod is an ESM because the creator of xEdit (ElminsterAU) suggests that all mods be made that way due to Starfield's game engine issues. He's a lot smarter than you or me, so we should do what he says.
