Legendary creatures (those with extra health bars) are just an ammo soaker

Lowers chance for a creature to generate with extra health bars from 35 to 0.
I hate being able to withstand several gunshots, but die from one ashta swipe. Also, amount of ammo needed to kill this things is just stupid.
I will not support the mod, it's just a change I personally wanted, and I'm happy to share it with everyone else interested.
You can also just add to your gameplay tweaks bat file (I'm pretty sure almost everyone has already such file with personal prefrences in them) next line instead of downloading the .esm file:
The mod does not change the chances of legendary human (35), robot (35) or starborn (0) to spawn. If you want to change those, their IDs are:
human: 000C55B8
robot: 000C55B7
starborn: 0006AAC8
