Increases damage of EM weapons for the Novalight, Novablast Disruptor, Solstice, Orion, and Equinox. Made for personal use with LilithMotherOfAll's awesome Functional Brigs. Enemies now take about 2-4 shots before they are fully stunned, with an optional file for 1-2 shot stuns. Choose only 1 file at a time.
