This mod should be considered deprecated and probably should not be used. This bug is no longer present in Starfield. But who am I to delete internet history, use it or don't use it I'm not your dad.
The wellness skill at rank 1 states gives you 10% more health. You would think that means 10% of base health. It does give you 10% of base health at the time you take the perk, but when you level, it does not adjust to be 10% of your new base health. It is a fixed value at the time you take the perk. Technical details about why this happens are below, but this mod fixes things so that the 10% (as well as bonuses from higher ranks) continue to scale as you level up.
Installation: Install using a mod manager such as Mod Organizer 2 or Vortex. If you use a different mod manager or if you manually install, you are on your own.
Compatibility: Should be compatible with most things. Not compatible with mods that overhaul or edit the Wellness perk (specifically, with mods that overhaul the spells applied by the perk). Those mods would require a patch which you will have to make yourself.
FAQ: Can I install mid game? Probably yeah
What if I've already taken the perk? Will this work? Yeah, it doesn't matter if you've taken the perk or not, it will fix it the next time you level up.
I installed this and nothing changed. Read above, you have to level up before you'll see a change.

The Wellness skill (2CE2E1) applies a different ability spell with a constant effect at each perk rank. Each spell applies the same MGEF with a different magnitude at each rank. With how the PERK record changed in Starfield from prior BGS games, there is now no native papyrus function (that I could find) in Starfield that allow you to get a perk rank. Since the MGEF is a constant effect, it is calculated at the time it is applied, but it never updates as you level up. Since there is no way to get a perk rank, you can't easily remove the MGEF and reapply it. To address this, this mod edits each perk rank's spell to a unique MGEF that has a unique keyword applied. This can be tracked through papyrus and allows you to determine the current perk rank. A story manager quest fires on player level that checks what rank you are, removes all Wellness MGEFs, removes the Wellness perk, and then adds the perk back to the correct rank. Very convoluted, but works. Hopefully SFSE will add some new perk related native functions with further development.
