The usefulness of this mod has been made obsolete by the May 2024 Starfield update. Please only download if using a game version prior to 1.11.33.
Description I'm one of those who prefers playing Bethesda games on hardcore mode, as immersed as possible, so I made this mod to prevent wireless matter transmission between your inventory and your ship.
ESM file made using xEdit 4.1.5. Changes the value of fMaxShipTransferDistance from 250 to 0.
Installation Simply install with your mod manager of choice. or Seriously, please use a mod manager for esm plugins!! (I don't know how to install esm plugins properly otherwise, and mod managers make it so easy anyway)
Roadmap Restrict cargo access to only the terminal in the cockpit. (Currently you can still access your cargo through your data menu from anywhere inside your ship.) Add a cargo terminal to the landing bays.
I'm new to creating mods, so I'd love to hear your comments, feedback, or advice!! If you need assistance, I can try to help despite my limited, developing understanding of modding. I have so many ideas for Starfield and am super excited to learn how to make them all! :D
