Thanks to CaptainSSA for the Scouter mod Thanks to rbddc12 for Lots More Neuroamps
Love CaptainSSA's Scouter, but can't decide which lens color you want to stick with? That's what I was thinking when I made this plugin.
Features
Works with the small and regular sized Scouter mods
Converts the three lens colors of the Scouter mod into armor skins, plus two more rarely used colors that appear in officially licensed DB products
Skins can be changed if you have a crafting mod that enables apparel to be modified at crafting stations.
Playable vanilla Neuroamps are each assigned a specific color mod from the original three colors as its initially installed skin. Green = Neurocom, Blue = Neurotac, Red = Neuroboost
Nonplayable NPC Neuroamps are set to use a randomly selected skin. Because of the way the game loads and unloads NPCs, this causes their scouters to change lens color every time they are loaded into the game
Optional variant includes support for rbddc12's Lots More Neuroamps mod. Currently, the Neuralinks spawn with a randomly selected skin, but will be updated to have a handpicked initial skin for each one once a list for all of them is decided. There will be a stickied post where suggestions for this list will be taken.
Installation
Install both mods in the Requirements section. Install Lots More Neuroamps as well if using the compatibility version.
Install this mod with your preferred mod manager, or manually (not recommended) if you're that kind of person.
Add *ScouterSkins.esm to your plugins.txt file. Place below Lots More Neuroamps in load order if using that version.
