* Improved Captains Carry weight on The Nehte
* Improved Ships Carry weight on The Nehte
* Improved Solar Flar Beam on The Nehte
* Improved Supernova on The Nehte
* Improved Gravity Torpedo on The Nehte
* Includes an Outpost Player House Activator (Decorate Your Ship) on The Nehte
* Starborn Scorpius now visible in Ship Builder

Extract TheNehte Data folder to :  \Documents\My Games\Starfield\
and add 

[General]
sTestFile1=TheNehte.esm 

or whatever the next sTestFile#=TheNehte.esm is to the StarfieldCustom.ini file, 
also be sure

[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=

is also at the top of StarfieldCustom.ini file.
Remember doing it this way you can only have 10 mods, I recommend setting up the "plugins.txt enabler"

**OR, 

If you are using the plugins.txt enabler mod, add *TheNehte.esm to the plugins.txt located at

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Starfield\

and Extract TheNehte.esm to :  \Steam\steamapps\common\Starfield\Data\
and add *TheNehte.esm to the plugins.txt file in "\Users\###########\AppData\Local\Starfield\"

The Data folder still goes in:  \Documents\My Games\Starfield\ 
Only the TheNehte.esm gets moved to:  \Steam\steamapps\common\Starfield\Data\
