Changelogs
Version 1.2
Fixed issue with The Great Laredo Caper not starting. It has now been modified so that you have to talk to Annie to start the quest. You need to talk to her twice.
Fixed issue with Defensive Measures not starting. Now you can start the quest by talking to Davis.
Version 1.1
Added Cydonia and a few others.
Added Article with detailed info on what was changed
Keeps many misc pointers from automatically being added to Activities.
None of the pointers that have been removed prevent you from completing the quests associated with them. You just have to manually start quests by going directly to the NPC.
See the Articles section for all Misc Pointers that have been removed as well as any Quests that have been modified.
Once you complete the first Supply Line quest, you will not get the Activity in your mission log to go talk to Yannick. You can still go talk to him to start a new Supply Line quest if you like.
You will no longer get any Activity quests just by walking by a guard. They will still tell you about folks needing help, but the Misc Pointer won't get thrown under Activities. Only caveat is that they will repeat these lines until you finish the quest, but I don't mind it at all because it seems to keep more dialogue options available for the guards.
You will still get the quests by going directly to the source. For example, you can still go talk to Clover at CeltCorp in Neon to help her out. It just won't be thrown into your quest log when Neon Security mentions her when you walk by.
If you have joined UC Security in New Atlantis, you will still get the "Talk to Sergeant Yumi" misc. quests when Sgt Yumi has a new mission for you.
I've been using this for quite some time and really like not having all that stuff in my log so thought others might like it as well. So, here ya go.
