Long story short:
The ridiculously low crouching (stealth) speed is gradually increased with each rank of the "Stealth" perk.
At max. level, your crouching speed will (probably) match your running (*not* sprinting!) speed.
Your stealth movement noise is also reduced with each rank of the perk (see screenshots).
The annoying perk challenges removed.

That is all.

Installation:
1. MO2 users - install the mod and fire the game.
2. Vortex users - install the mod then add  *SFCivisPerkStealthSpeedGraduallyIncreased.esm  to your plugins.txt file.

Notes:
1.If you have taken Stealth perk (ver. 1.4):
use console command: player.removeperk 2cfcb2
then: player.addperk 2cfcb2 (x1, x2, x3, x4 depending of how many ranks you've previously taken)

2. Sometimes, you will probably have some "dash" forward movement (if your forward key is pressed) when you exit stealth (for ~0.5 -> 1s) and a short delay (~0.5 -> 1s) until the crouching speed is updated.

New in version 1.4:
1. Reduced stealth movement noise with each rank of Stealth perk (-20%, -30%, -40%, 50%).
2. Stealth movement noise is further decreased by 30% with Reconstim chem (-50%, -60%, -70%, -80%).

New in version 1.3:
Eliminated a bug where your Stealth speed (Stealth perk taken) is reset if you have ingested Chems or Food items that increase movement speed.

New in version 1.2:
1. Added Sneak Speed as a distinct effect to eliminate confusion when using Amp (chem).
2. Eliminated the fake negative timer while sneaking (see last screenshot).

New in version 1.1
:
1. Removed the extra condition introduced for testing. It did not do anything anyway, except for pestering your Status while not sneaking.

Go get them.
