This is a major update and should not be upgraded mid-save if you have any Power From Beyond quests currently active.
Removed all vanilla script and quest overrides. It is best practice not to modify vanilla scripts if it is not necessary. Also reducing the number of vanilla overrides means that updates to Starfield will most likely not break this mod (and makes it easier for me to maintain).
Puzzles are still only 1 distortion to solve, but instead of modifying the script I changed the property on the activator record instead.
Tutorial message changes have been removed as they require editing the vanilla temple scripts and quests.
This mod now only overrides 2 vanilla forms, the puzzle activator and the Story Manager for starting Power From Beyond Quests (the one you normally get from Vlad). Story Manager has conditions removed so that when you get a new artifact, Power From Beyond will start as soon as you change locations (you don't have to go to the Lodge or the Eye for it to start).

FEATURES
Auto Skip Parts of the Mission - You no longer have to go back to Vlad (or to the Eye if Vlad isn't available) to get a new temple location. And the scanner is no longer needed. As soon as you exit your ship on the planet, it will give you a quest marker to the temple.
Shortened Temple Puzzles - You only need to hit one distortion to finish the puzzle instead of five. NOTE: Other mods that change the puzzle by modifying the vanilla script are not compatible as this mod will always take precedence. The only exception might be No More Temple Puzzles as it modifies the script in a way that the distortion count probably doesn't matter (I haven't tested it though).
Receive New Missions Automatically - Once you complete a Power From Beyond mission that you received from Vlad and change locations (just entering your ship for example), you will receive a new quest. You no longer have to go to the Lodge or the Eye to get a new mission. You will also get a new mission as soon as you change locations after getting a new artifact.
IMPORTANT
If receive a Power From Beyond quest that is on the same planet as another mission or an artifact, DO THE POWER FROM BEYOND QUEST FIRST. The vanilla behavior for these quests is to remove the scanner anomaly map marker as soon as you land, so landing anywhere on the planet will remove the marker and you won't be able to complete the quest.

If you want to be really lazy like me, you can use Starfield Hotkeys and set a key for the command movetoqt and use that to move directly to the inside of the temple after the temple quest marker appears. Or just hit Tab > R to fast travel to the temple.
