Peashooters and Pew-pews have increased damage and reload somewhat faster.

Long story short:
Eons, Krakens, Rattlers, Sidestars, Grendels, Maelstroms, Drumbeats, Equinoxes, Solstices, Arc Welders and Cutters deal significantly increased damage and reload somewhat faster. They will no longer be as lame as before.

Significantly increased = Double damage, Arc Welders and Equinoxes x 3.33 damage
Somewhat faster =
+20% faster

Installation:
1. MO2 v.2.5.0. users - install the mod and fire the game.
2. Vortex users - install the mod, add  SFCivisLowLevelWeaponsDamageIncreased.esm  to your plugins.txt file and fire the game.

New in version 1.4:
1. Equinox damage further increased up to x3.33 initial value.
2. Vendors will have x3 laser ammo (3KV) for selling. My favorite Arc Welder was eating it like popcorn.
3. Eliminated a bug where Lacerate effect was still applying to robots and turrets.
4. Removed "while standing still" descriptions of Stabilizing Barrels, Stocks and Grips (effect removed in ver. 1.3).
5. Space Adept guns are now Conquistador guns.
You will have "+15% increased damage while on planet" instead of the lamest and most worthless "+30% increased damage while in space".

New in version 1.3:
1. Rifle Certification perk corrected and tweaked.
Now it works at intended (rifles reload 30% faster at rank 4) and "while standing still" condition is removed.
Run, sprint, crouch, stand still as much as you like while you are reloading 30% faster your beloved AR, Pooshka or SMG.
2. Removed "while standing still" condition from Stabilizing Barrels, Grips and Stocks.
Their weight also reduced to a humane form. The weight of your weapon will no longer sky-high if you are using them at Weapons Workbenches.
3. Removed "while standing still" condition from "Sentinel" armor.
75% chance to reduce damage by 50% while standing still => 25% chance to reduce damage by 50% while in combat.
4. "Instigating" weapon enchantment tweaked.
Deals double damage to targets with full health => Deals double damage to targets with good health (+80%).
5. Reinstated the original x2 damage for low level weapons as I previously intended.

New in version 1.2:
Re-tweaked the damage for Grendels and Malstroms (x2.6 damage instead of x2). No longer applies in version 1.3.

New in version 1.1:
1. Grendel tweaked. Not as lame as before even with x2 damage.
2. Ballistics Perk tweaked. Instead of a lame +30% range, you'll get +5% Critical Hit Chance at 4th level of the perk.
Far more useful, especially for automatic weapons and pistols with binary triggers.
3. 7.77 mm ammo will no longer be an issue, if you like using weapons with that particular ammo.
4. Lacerate effect chance doubled +15% instead of vanilla +8%.

Bonuses (for my faithful users):
1. Lacerate effect tweaked. +25% increased potency, will no longer bleed turrets, increased chance (new v.1.1).
2. Vendors will sell Osmium blades starting with level 15 and Va'ruun Pain Blades starting with level 35% (low chance, you can do the math).
3. Pain Blades will be properly spawned starting with level 35 on dead enemies.
4. Starborn botched loot list corrected.
