Lowers repetitions needed for Perk advancment from 5/25/50 to 5,10,20 for Diplomacy, Instigation, Intimidation, Manipulation.
Finally got to a character that wanted to get those Perks leveled up and the number of repetitions just felt too tedious. So I lowered them.
V1.1 additionally lowers Fitness from 20/50/100 to 5/10/20. As requested by DAVIDINTEL
