Properties >>> settings for power and duration of slowmotion effect
Races >>> active race types that can trigger the cinematic camera
KNOWN ISSUES
Objects can obstruct the view / camera sometimes can go out of bounds while in cinematic camera (camera that focuses strictly on the target). Nothing can be done at this point.
Target tracking component in cinematic camera (camera that focuses strictly on the target and tracks its final movements) that work in F4llout NV simply doesn't want to work here (still investigating though). Guys at Bethesda borked something again, or it just need different implementation for Starfield.
