Just changes Guardian into Average Ship (reduces OP cost to 375 and removes Advanced Core since ship have speed boost ability already) and makes it recoverable. Also changes how Missile AutoForge works - now reloads third of ammo reserve for 60 seconds. Also moves Guardian and Pegasus (and Executor) Large Arcs 5 degrees toward center.

I know nerf isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I'll release it anyway, maybe someone found it interesting. Also moves Guardian and Pegasus (and Executor) Large Arcs 5 degrees toward center, looks silly, but it should be easier to aim.
