Why ?

After multiple games I found extremely complicated to handle the way god's favor works and especially with that -10 favor per turn penalty. After browsing mods I found some removing this penalty but they were outdated. Instead of doing the same, I thought about a way to get over this penalty but not for free.

Philosophy

My idea here is to rely on temples to keep God's Favor high. Basically with 2 max level temples you will have a small positive favor / turn for the concerned god. The drawback is that it's a bit harder to win favor because the amount gained by building the temple has been lowered. Priestess and Hecatombs were not touched thus they should help you reaching the top. 

What does the mod do?

- All temples now provides less favor when constructed (all numbers multiplicated by around 0.3)
- All temples now generates passive favor for their god depending on their level : Level 1 = 2 / turn, Level 3 = 4 / turn, Level 4 = 6 / turn.
- All building that were providing flat favor were nerfed aswell (all numbers multiplicated by around 0.3) but are now generating favor passively depending on their level.
- Seer has been disabled since I couldn't find a way to reduce the amount of favor provided by it's action (any help is welcome on that topic) (Seer are now Restored in 1.7.2)

Compatiblity: 

- I don't currently own Rhesus and Memnon DLC so I won't be able to test with these factions. I did changes for Memnon but can't confirm they're working well. About Rhesus I did not find specific buildings, and I'm not aware of the faction mecanics aswell, so if this faction uses common buildings it should work fine.

- Compatible with any mod that doesn't change the favor provided by buildings.
