First things first: this mod is based on another 100% complete save created by pawelos4 so all credits goes to him. He completed the game twice without using ANY mods and Console commands! What a Legend! You can always check his 100% Legit save and enjoy it!

As we all know it's impossible to collect everything in game in 2 playthroughs: many quests have multiple choices rewards: for example to have all paintings you'd need to complete the game 8 times! My dream idea was to create "Perfect Save" with all existing items in the game and all quests completed... since i already passed game myself 2 times with 800 hours of playtime but somehow lost my own save file like 2 years ago (it got outdated for ~2 weeks of gameplay for no reasons ) I've decided to take Pawel's Save (because it's really completed perfect and I don't think I'd do it better by myself since it's hard to keep in mind every single skippable quest and encounter) and create "Perfect Collection" of Items like I always dreamed about. This Save should be "almost Legit" since I only added items already existing in game and never "corrupted" the save. It doesn't require any mods to play (but it's HIGHLY recommended for you to use any weight modification since my inventory is super overweighted (for example I recommend my Carry Weight for perfect visual numbers ^^).

So why do I call it "Perfect Save" ? What makes it so special?

First of all it contains EVERYTHING that Original save has (you can read in Pawel's mod description). Every single Quest is complete with BEST endings.

0. ALL Stats are "Legit" i haven't increased any Health, Resistance or Damage Numbers it's best you can get after 2 playthroughs!
1. EVERY SINGLE Skill / Perk unlocked and ready for your build (999 points left).
2. EVERY SINGLE Rare Item / Choice Reward is in Stash (and might be also in inventory too).
3. EVERY SINGLE Relic / Unique / Skippable / Unobtainable interesting Sword, Armor, Boots, Gloves, Pants transferred to Stash in BEST QUALITY: "legit" MAX STATS and VALUE; MAX ITEM LVL; enchanted with BEST Runewords (Severance and Levity. Eruption on Light Armors) or Glyphs (Greater Glyph of Igni). Including ALL Items that have 2 Versions: NG and NG+.
4. EVERY SINGLE Witcher Gear Set in ALL Variants: Normal + Enhanced + Superior + Mastercrafted + Grandmaster (both NG and NG+ Versions). Every Item existing in game is MAX LVL in stash also with best Enchantment or Glyphs.
5. EVERY SINGLE Trophy is in the inventory (since you can't move some of them to Stash).
6. EVERY SINGLE Potion/Bomb/Oil existing in game in all 3 qualities is in inventory.
7. Full stack of EVERY SINGLE Craft material / Alchemy ingredient / Mutagens / Junk is in Stash (and might be in inventory too).
8. Full stack of EVERY SINGLE drink and food existing in game is in Stash (and in inventory).
9. EVERY SINGLE Horse gear / Mask / Crossbow / Arrow Stack / Glyph and Rune Stack / Dye Stack / Painting Stack / Runestone Stack / Repair Kit Stack is
in Stash (and might be in inventory too).
10. Looted the entire map, EVERY SINGLE chest in game i could find (EVERYTHING in ALL maps; ALL documents read).
11. ALL BEST Gwent Desks created according with kretztech High Scores (it's best "legit" Gwent High Scores i could find on YouTube). i also did my own minor "theoretical" improvements (added Roach to 4/5 desks and replaced Vesemir with Geralt in Scoia'tael desk).
12. Duplicates of some strongest META Swords, Poker, Shovel and other interesting to use items are in inventory for hot-swap so you don't have to use Stash too often. Every BEST QUALITY Witcher Gear Set in inventory for build experiments and duplicates of set items which cover ALL BEST POSSIBLE BUILDS that exist now (Strongest Euphoria / Metamorphosis variants; Strongest Sign builds: Griffin Aard Piercing Cold / Igni Crit and Euphoria, Wolven 360 Igni Bleeding, Henry Cavill Aard; Farm Feline; Bomb Manticore + Feline; Strong Tank Bear; all possible "Hybrite" variants).

1000+ BEST QUALITY Items in Stash. some BEST STAT duplicates in inventory or displayed in Corvo Bianco ! And much more...

After collecting so many items (getting MAX STATS and VALUE on ALL items took ages) i encountered "Inventory corruption" TWICE so i needed to reset IDs of items 2 times! If you want you can read about this problem here. And now this save file should also be Inventory and Stash LOW IDs and ready for hundreds more hours of gameplay without any problems!!! (i hope). There might be only ONE problem with Aerondights "Permanent Damage Stacks" resetting because i have 4 pieces of this STRONGEST sword in this save file (2 "legit" stored in Stash and 2 more added to inventory manually and LVLED UP for casual usage). Sadly dynamic "Damage Increase" of Aerondights is "shit codded" in game and probably stored NOT in Save File but in game scripts...so you might encounter "Permanent Damage Stacks" resets on script updating or something. There is nothing i can do about it (you can try to dismantle 2 extra Aerondights from inventory and use only "legit" one from Stash if you have this problem multiple times). Lastly need to say that opening / using Stash might give you some lag because of amount of items inside but trust me it's worth it! You can check Media Files for brief review!!!

300+ hours of gameplay in NG and 300+ more in NG+. ALL quests Complete and ALL Items collected and EVERYTHING looted!
I guess I can call it "Perfect Save" for myself now. Again most of work done by Pawel I just finished collection and looting... also did my best to keep this save file "alive" without any corruption problems so you could continue using for many more hours if you want to.

Now you can try it! Might modify it a little bit in the future but it finally looks FINISHED for me. I've put so much time and love in this save and would be happy if you leave some feedback in comments ^^ Enjoy!!!
