Enables the blood splatter and shell casing sprites to stay on the ground indefinitely.

Permanent blood splatters and empty casings on the ground. Does not affect the infestations.
Made possible by changing the values of the related blood and shell code in the data.win file via the Undertale Mod Tool. The "alarm" value modifies the sprite lifespan and setting it to alarm[1]=60 made it permanent for the corresponding code.
