I have altered the wounds mechanic because it kinda seems pointless right now. Now wounds cause lasting damage. You cannot heal them from sleeping and their price from the doctor has gone up substantially. (if you use this in conjunction with my service price adjustor things get expensive really quick)
For installation boot up your favourite mod manager, (i use vortex because its easy) then install the mods and boot GML loader. That should work. I haven't tested it with other managers but there's nothing to complicated so they should work the same
