You can increase abilities by 6 points instead of 2 when you use a feat on ASI

- You can increase abilities by 6 points instead of 2 when you use a feat on ASI but the cap is unfortunately still 20(even with IntelliJ, I could not find where the cap is hidden) but this is still useful as you can waste 1 feat to get 6 points instead of wasting all 3 feats to get 6 points in the abilities of your choice.
- Cantrips do fixed amount of damage that increases by 1 each level starting with their max roll so a 1d4 cantrip now starts from 4 dmg at lvl 1, a 1d6 starts at 6 and so on. 
- Ability cap is 90 in case you want to use cheats or have modded items that add stats
- Tactician Difficulty is slightly increased: Enemies get +50% HP per level, +3 attack and spell rolls(fixed) and their damage is increased by 3*Level. For example a level 10 enemy will have +500% HP + 3 rolls and + 30 dmg
