Adds 29 unused vanilla dyes to the game.

While poking around in the files to make my Vintage Dyes mod, I found 29 additional dye colours which had been fully defined in the files but which lacked the item or combination data to make them usable.
I haven't edited the dyes themselves in any way besides making them accessible in-game; since this is Larian we're talking about, some of the colour schemes work better than others, but as this sort of thing is highly subjective I decided to just add all 29 dyes and let people pick whichever ones they liked.
The dyes are all named "Hidden <Colour> Dye", with the colour determined by the original label in the files. I claim no responsibility for what that colour combination actually ended up being - again, blame Larian, no I'm also not sure why DYE_ARM_YellowRed_02 is called that when it's really more like yellow and brown.
All dyes come packed into a Chest of Hidden Vanilla Dyes, which can be found in the tutorial chest on the Nautiloid. (If you need a mod to re-summon the chest, I use this one!)

Planned Update:
At some point in the near-ish future (whenever I can wrangle my bag-of-cats brain into behaving) I will be reworking/updating the mod to hopefully future-proof it, in the event that Larian decides to alter or remove these unused dyes. I don't know that they would but the idea that they might makes me nervous, so.
Also, I made a mistake while filtering out the regular dyes from the unused ones (basically I had a brain-fart and forgot that DYE_ARM_BlackGreen_01 and DYE_ARM_BlackGreen_01_P1 are different things), so the Hidden Black and Green Dye will be removed whenever this update drops on account of it actually being the Black and Summer Green Dye. My bad.
