First, make sure you create a backup of the original Legendary Mod files! *
Just make a folder inside the directory of the game, call it Backups or something, and copy the original files called
" DS1_Mod_Terrain_v1.01.ds2res " and " DS1_Mod_Content_v1.01.ds2res " from the Legendary Mod into the folder you created.

Now extract the zip file you downloaded and overwrite the files inside the Resources folder.
DONE! it's installed.

For Part 2 (Dungeon Siege 2) i have started upscaling the weapons and objects, the armor is already upscaled and so are the monsters!
However there is already an upscaled textures mod for the terrain available created by Flutterhate ( https://www.nexusmods.com/dungeonsiegeii/mods/29 )
which also works pretty well!

I will upload the part 2 as well when it is finished!

*I have tested the mod by finishing the game from start to finish and did not have a single problem,
but it's better to be safe than sorry so please do create backups of the original LM files.

other recommendations ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I strongly recommend you to enable FXAA antialiasing, MSAA and anisotropic filtering to 16x in your graphics card control panel.
Also installing reshade and adding a little bit of contrast and vibrance to the game will make it look nicer!
You should also install the Hotfix mod if you don't have Broken World, or Aranna Legacy if you have Broken World.

It adds a lot of content to the game and makes a good game even better!
