What is with people? "Hey, your free thing that you worked on unrecompensed and shared with me for no reason other than generosity doesn't work: fix it!" <insert expletives and insults>
Anyway, asking politely for help, I find myself unable to install the extension: vortex keeps wanting to install it in my currently managed game, then when I try to click "manage game" for Bannerlord, I get an endless cycle of "you must install the extension and restart". But then, it installs it in the other game again, Bannerlord still isn't managed, etc. Any ideas what could be causing this?
Thank you
addendum: I tried manually extracting the mod contents to both the vortex root folder and the bannerlord mod folder, but with no results.
addendum II: Tried putting it in the vortex plugins folder (which is, I guess, where it should be) but still no luck.
yo i try and install the new extension or whatever and my system cant even find the file path? like vortex wont even pick it up just says failed or removed whats going on its really annoying since it makes my other mods not work now.....
It constantly telling me to restart after downloading Mount and Blade II extension updates, and then when it restarts it does it again. It would keep redownloading it after I restarted Vortex and say it needs to restart to apply updates. Anyway, I figured out how to stop it by disabling the Mount and Blade extension in the Extensions tab before it finished installing one time. I only had like a 3 second window to click disable before it would disappear from the extensions tab. Somehow this worked and I don't get the notifs any more.
I hope y'all fix this extension, i just want to play game with some mods. when i download harmony via vortex with this extension there would pop up window "Error from BLSE" and in there: "The Harmony module is corrupted! Can't find 'bin\Win64_Shipping_Client' in 'Bannerlord.Harmony'! If the module was installed manually, try to do a clean reinstall! If Vortex is used, try to reinstall manually! If Steam is used, download the Harmony mod from NexusMods! Don't forget that on Steam you have the '/Modules' folder in the Game and the Steam Workshop folder that can conflict with each other!" but if Harmony was installed manually, there was no such error btw it includes every other mod, i had to manually download every mod i needed, because Vortex messes something every time
So, i updated extension and everything seems to be working but in "load order" everything has "Not Managed by Vortex" next to it.... Like i said everything seems to be working.... game starts >_> Mods start with it so im not sure if i should be worried or not.
Not Managed by Vortex means that the mod was manually installed and that is okay. I'll revisit this check to not indicate this for official modules. Usually you can get this when you also install mods from Steam Workshop
I never manually installed a mod (im lazy like that). But it turns out if you just REINSTALL mod it dissapears... Like i said everything works fine so i guess you dont even need to do that >_> but if it bothers someone just like me reinstalling mod fixes it.
Did it start to appear after the update to the new community extension? Most likely the migration of data between the old and new extension is imperfect
After being forced to download/update this extension again this morning now my vortex says I have an invalid primary tool and vortex won't deploy mods properly. Seems to be linked to the active bug of the tool not locating the game file properly.

It's f***ing annoying and driving me nuts!
And yet I'm now plagued with dozens of daily errors and restart demands in Vortex over Mount and Blade.
Why won't Mount and Blade let met play Skyrim in peace? :(

Ist der eine Probleme mit zurücksetzen der Mod-Liste auf die vorherige Einstellung?
