Hey folks, a heads up: in order to clean up some of the mess from bug reports, I will try to be more strict and will now be closing/removing some very incomplete reports.
What I mean are reports that just say some feature doesn't work (while it obviously does on mine, and the vast majority of users) and there's no more information. Marking such reports as "Not a bug" feels wrong (as I can't be 100% sure it's not), but the Nexus currently doesn't have a flag like "invalid/incomplete report" that would work better in this situation. Letting that issue rot forever marked as "Needs more info" is not good either as it still counts as an active bug even though it most likely isn't one. I don't feel great about this, I'd rather have everything out clear in the open, but it's really getting unmanageable at points and tends to paint a false picture.
The movement and animations are wonderful, but I really wish the targeting system (lock-on and magnetism/assisted targeting) was a separate mod or could be completely disabled with a a single toggle.
Excelent mod. I personally love Mount and Blade and I find every other combat system rather boring.
My suggestions,
1. Make it so you dont have an UI, or add an option to hide it.
2. Make the different directions animations only play when you press the attack button, like it does with blocking, that way the character wont be switching animations like a maniac and it would look less clunky.
I'm currently having an issue with "late" leaning or turning, it used to be smooth and fast but now my character looks like a robot when doing a 360 turn. Does anyone also encounters this?
Edit: Yes it is, just tested and uninstalled IACC, the turning is back to being fast and smooth now. Shame. If anyone has any workaround for these to work together please let me know.
Does anyone have a solution to prevent locking onto your own resurrected minions? "Target Hostile Actors Only" is checked and they are not attacking me.
would love to see a grass fade when intersecting with camera option as target locking dragons usually means my camera is being dragged along the floor and being obstructed by grass
Hi, im having a sudden issue after killing alduin, I returned to skyrim but the movement is slow and sluggish for some reason. The player moves in normal speed but the turning rotation is slow for some reason and it almost looks like the character is gliding. I tried loading older save games, it was running fine even in sovngarde. recent mods that I installed were the UBE 2.0 body, although it is working well, when I was testing the body I noticed an similar issue happening for a few times. I cant think of what to do, I checked the TDM settings as well from older saves if the older saves show the older settings in the MCM and the are exact as the new save. what do I do please suggest something! ___ PS: fixed this issue, it was a feature actually and it is from FSMP, the rotation speed limit for better SMP simulation measurements.
hey i'm having this issue too, i tried editing the config file under all these rotation settings but my turning is still slow, could you lmk what you changed exactly so i can fix it:((
EDIT: nvm i got it!! i was editing the wrong config file as with Nolvus comes the FSMP "performance config" that i had to mess with. thank you for this post though i never would've narrowed it down otherwise:))
i installed this mod and it worked perfectly and effortlessly. but suddently after fast traveling my character started moving with the camera no matter what i did, and i cant sprint either. any ideas? and when i sit down on an bench (as an example) i can make my char move around 180 as if my character is locked to the camera direction

Thank you for your mod!!!
For the record I also recently installed Improved Alternate Conversation Camera, could it be the one causing issues or conflicting with each other?

when i have the character facing towards me
and then i click a spell to cast, then the character immediately does a 180 and then casts the spell
i want it to be More like Animcam where you can have the character facing you and attacking at the same time, and preventing the auto-turn around
can i get some troubleshooting tips here ?

I have both skse and addres library updated but it says it failed to load the plugin.
