This mod is a collection of the game settings I use to make the game better.
I didn't intend to release this until I was ready to publish a collection, but people have run into the issue of loading bat files with the sStartingConsole Command in their StarfieldCustom.ini causing problems with Plugin.txt Enabler.
So since I have advised people to stop using sStartingConsole Command in their StarfieldCustom.ini, it only felt right to share the solution I used for myself when I switched over from doing things the old way.

So here's what this mod does:

iDaysToRespawnVendor changed from 2 to 1.
Makes vendors inventories respawn in 24 hours instead of 48.

uSpaceshipMaximumOwnedSpaceships changed from 10 to 50.
Let's you own more ships. Handy if you're a prolific pirate or bounty hunter.

fEquippedArmorChanceToDrop changed from 0.1 to 1
Makes NPCs always drop what they were wearing in their loot.

fXPExpMult changed from 0.001500 to -0.001300
Removes exponential curve to increase in XP cost for level, preventing ridiculous costs at very high levels.

fVendorSellPriceMult changed from 0.125 to 0.5
Vanilla's 12.5% base for selling goods to vendors is highway robbery. No legit businesses have 87.5% profit margins. Only thieves run businesses like that. This gives you 50% of value at base, 75% at Commerce 4. Much more immersive.

fSpaceshipRegisterValueMult changed from 0.841 to 0.1
Vanilla wanted you to pay 84% of the value of your ship just to register it. What kind of tax is that. Nobody would pay a tax or registration fee that high. The government would be toppled in short order. Fuck that. A 10% fee is reasonable. For some reason Bethesda wanted the obviously most lucrative profession (pirating), stealing the most valuable things in the galaxy (spaceships), to not be viable for players, as your bounty for doing so is much higher than any profit. Starfield morals: crime doesn't pay, but it's worth it to destroy your home planet so you can continue living unsustainable lifestyles, because reasons.

fXPDeathRewardHealthThreshold changed from 0.25 to 0.001
Makes it so your companions won't steal the XP from you as long as you've also damaged the enemy.

iHandScannerPlantsCountBase changed from 8 to 1
iHandScannerAnimalCountBase changed from 8 to 1
Makes it so you only have to scan a plant or animal one time instead of eight times to have data about that plant or animal.

fSpaceshipLootingDistanceDefault changed from 500 to 10,000
Let's you loot defeated enemies in space from farther away. It's a QoL tweak for when you've just destroyed 20 ships because people didn't like you because you're a wanted pirate. Fuck around and find out.

fStarMapInspectCameraDistanceScaleZoomMin:StarMap changed from ? to 0.235000
Let's you zoom in farther on the planetary map screen so you can choose a landing site with more accuracy. Helpful in scouting extraction outpost locations.

fSpaceshipMaxDockingDistance changed from 500 to 2,500 for QoL convenience

iSecondsToSleepPerUpdate changed from 1,800 to 12,600, to make sleeping or waiting pass by in a single tick.

MissionBranchGeneric Increased Max Concurrent Quests from 5 to 25

MissionBranchBounty Increased Max Concurrent Quests from 2 to 10

MissionBranchBountySpace Increased Max Concurrent Quests from 2 to 10

fMaxShipTransferDistance Increased from 250 to 25000

Edits the conditions in which the player and NPCs & Followers wear their spacesuits and helmets to increase immersion and consistency. player hides their spacesuit when on their homeship. Player/Followers remove spacesuits/helmets in breathable warm and temperate climates, but will wear their spacesuit in breathable cold climates. Everyone will remove their helmets inside hostile ships/breathable warm and temperate climates.

Made with xEdit. Thanks Elminster, Sharlikran, Zilav, Hlp, Eckserah, fire, Infernio, 𝔍𝔬𝔫𝔞𝔱𝔥𝔞𝔫, Nephatrine, and shad0wshayd3.
As all .esm plugins made with xEdit, this mod requires Plugins.txt Enabler.
