Changes starting equipment to better match PHB rules

Every class's starting gear has been changed to better fit the PHB rules.

This mod must be loaded below all subclass mods
All subclass patches must be loaded below their respective subclass

If using War Domain Enhanced, load it below Starting Equipment PHB

Compatibility patch available for Wyll's Unique Armor

Overall changes:
- All characters now start with handwear
- Hide Gloves for Barbarian (the second entry on this page)
- Druidic Bracers for Druid
- Monastic Handwraps for Monk (the first entry on this page)
- Leather Gloves for everyone else (the fourth entry on this page)
- Replaced basic shoes model with Firm-Soled Boots
- Replaced basic boots model with Heavy Boots

This mod edits class descriptions for Cleric Life, Cleric Nature, Cleric Tempest, Cleric War, & Paladin Vengeance, so it will be incompatible with any mod that does the same.
This mod should be compatible with any mod that doesn't alter the equipment set of any classes.

This mod does NOT contain the subclasses or any files needed to spawn their unique equipment, all it does is edit their equipment lists to match my new standard ones.
